We want to say how impressed we are with our new home..   It is absolutely over the top beautiful and we are so in love with it.  We can’t get over how big it is.  We thought we were downsizing but we think it is bigger than our previous home.  Thanks so much for everything.  We are so appreciative and so happy already

We have been awestruck by the smooth operations of all the teams involved in the build.   They descend on the site, leave no mess behind and move on to the next project.   We love our Rice built home and certainly appreciate your patience and guidance over the months

When we decided to purchase our semi detached home with Rice, we were very impressed with the staff.  They were a pleasure to deal with and always listened to any concerns and eager to help. We are very impressed with the workmanship of our home. We are close to many amenities and the beach is a short walk away.  The neighbourhood is well kept and the neighbours are very friendly.  Newport Landing was an excellent choice for us.
